Pizza. Italia. Good memories.

I believe that the secret of a good italian pizza is the tomato sauce. since we have a good sauce, you add the toppings you like and  you have the best pizza you ever ate. 😉

i started with the DOUGH (same recipe of bread):

. Mix the warm water (3 cups), sugar (3 teaspoons), and salt (3 teaspoons), and stir to dissolve.

. Mix in the flour (3 cups), 1/2 cup at a time. For the first two cups, add the flour very slowly (preferably with a sifter) and stir vigorously to ensure that it spreads throughout the liquid.

. Roll the dough out on a non-stick floured surface, and separate (or cut) into three roughly equal portions. Knead each vigorously for 5 minutes.

. Let rise for 30-45 minutes


. Heat the Olive oil in a Skillet until very hot.

. Add onions and stir until soft and slightly brown.Turn down the heat and add the garlic. Leave for 1-2 mins.

. Add tomatoes and a teaspoon of sugar and salt, turn the heat down and leave to simmer for approx 10-15 mins stirring

. Make puree and add basil and oreganos and let cook more 10 minutes.


. After pizza dough pressing spread tomato paste on your pizza dough.

. Add a sprinkling of cheese.

. Add any other toppings that you might enjoy.

. Put your pizza in the oven.
