Recipe:

2 cups of dried chick peas

1/2 onion

3 garlics

1 teaspoon of salt and cumin (please adjust to your taste)

Cilantro and parsley

1/2 cup of plain flour

Mix everything and roll into balls. Fry in batches of hot oil for about 3 to 4 minutes each side and drain on paper towels.

Serve with Sirian bread, lettuce and yogurt sauce (plain yogurt, lemon juice, cilantro, parsley, salt, onion)
