BFF? Best Friends Forever? YES! Who? Baked French Fries! 😉

Yesterday i prepared a Yummy baked fries with this indulge guilt-free healthy recipe.

4 teaspoons olive oil / 4 medium potatoes / salt / 2 garlics / Rosemary or Cilantro

  1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; brush with 2 teaspoons of the olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick wedges. Transfer to a large bowl. Add remaining olive oil; toss to coat. Sprinkle potato wedges with the salt.  Arrange potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake in a 450-degree oven for 12 minutes. Turn potatoes.
  4. At the end, sprinkle with rosemary or cilantro.
